NOTE: In the EDITOR section of the workstation's CFI file: SPACEBAR = PAUSE or STOP controls what the Space Bar does in the Editor while playing. Pause will pause the playback. Stop will start and stop playback.
DAD Keyboard Shortcuts
The following Keyboard shortcuts can be used with DAD.

Users can use the following keyboard shortcuts to control the Record deck.
ALT+R for record
ALT+P for PLAY
ALT+N for next recording
ALT+A will accept when a cut is loaded
ALT+C is for cancel
ALT+F is for record setup
ALT+G is for group selection when a cut loaded before accept or in modify data
ALT+M is for modify data when a cut is loaded
ALT+E edits the recorded cut
ALT+S saves the data while in the modify state
ALT+U Unloads the Record Deck

is for ZOOM

is for COPY Head
to Tail to paste buffer

is for CUT Head

ALT+L is for opening the Library
ALT+G is for selecting group
DELETE is for toggling flag for delete
General Shortcuts and other key strokes
DAD Information screens
Shift+F2 opens the GPI/O status screen
Shift+F3 opens the Fader screen
Shift+F4 opens audio status screen
Shift+F7 will display all logged in users
Shift+F8 + <click> On title bar opens Help for that screen.
Shift+F9 + <click> On object to enable/disable functions for security.
F10 Opens debug screen.
If one has a GPI/O device installed, one can test the GPI file programming
ALT+1 thought ALT+9 will internally execute the corresponding line in the GPI file
General Windows shortcuts
PAGE UP / PAGE DOWN is for Quickly moving Up or Down in a list
ARROW UP / ARROW DOWN is for moving up or down line by line in a list
HOME / END is or jumping to the top or bottom of a list
ESC closes the current screen
ALT-Z opens the DAD Setup Screen
ALT+X will exit DAD
ALT+F4 will exit DAD or the screen in focus
ALT+E is for Editing the cut. This depends upon the selection of the Edit Cut Switch in PBK Setup
ALT+S is for Stop
ALT+P is for Play
ALT+U is for Pause
ALT+F is to open the Load Playlist screen. This depends upon the On Playlist Load switch in PBK Setup
ALT+N is for Next
CTRL+<Click on Play button> will restart the audio playing if stopped accidentally
ALT+S is to Stop playback
ALT+F open the Set Font Screen. This is for setting the display fonts of cut in AirPLAY's Slots.
