ENCO World Class Digital Audio Delivery Systems
As you may have already discovered, DAD is a very powerful tool with a lot of features that can be applied in novel combinations to specifically handle your needs. Customizing your systems configuration and working methodology is a step that you can only take after you've gotten to a place of general understanding of how DAD works. Perhaps you got a glimpse of another working methodology when you came to DAD School, or had an ENCO representative make a call to your facility, or maybe you just have a general sense that there's a better way to do things.

Assuming you're in need of some fine tuning (maybe everything's going great and you can just skip over this section) here are some questions to ask yourself:

Is there a regularly scheduled event or operation that someone is performing manually?

Do you or other users at your site have the sense that they are interacting with a playlist more that they think they need to?

Is there a situation where a staff member is performing a task in one DAD studio when they would prefer to be doing it somewhere else?

Are you performing a large amount of recording operations of material that already exists in a file format on a different system? Or in digital form on a CD?

Would you feel more secure knowing that some of your users only have limited access to the system?

Is there a piece of equipment that offer a serial interface that you would like to have DAD interact with?

After you've assembled the answers to these questions (and other questions that these may have engendered), feel free to contact us to see if we can offer you some suggestions about how to simplify your life further.  Close Window
