For non-emergency technical issues, ENCO's Support staff is available from 9:30am to 5:30pm Eastern Time, Monday through Friday. ENCO's office is closed on weekends and most major US business holidays. If you are curious about whether we will be open on a given holiday, feel free to login to our Support Portal for updates.

The Support Portal contains many Knowledge Base items including answers to most common Support related questions. The Portal is also your primary resource for Solutions to common issues, White Papers, Archival documentation and direct interaction with ENCO Technical Support. 

Emergency technical support is available 24 hours a day, year round. Normal response time on emergency pages is 5-10 minutes. Our regular phone service will prompt you to leave us a detailed message of your emergency with current contact information and a Support Technician will be paged, review your message and contact you directly.
