Novi,MI, January 29, 2026 – ISE 2026 marks the international debut of ENCO’s enhanced AIM platform, a powerful and comprehensive automated AI voice announcing and visual messaging built for modern smart buildings, transit centers and dynamic venues. ENCO will demonstrate the full power of AIM at Stand EA780, emphasizing ENCO’s proven, powerful AI speech synthesis and generative AI innovations combined with the company’s award-winning automatic captioning and translation tools.
Designed for public address and digital signage applications, AIM’s pure software platform brings a comprehensive, multilingual AI-powered ecosystem to generate and serve audio and visual announcements for venues of any scale. It works across a variety of venues and scenarios where a diverse set of accessible, efficient messages are needed. AIM’s streamlined platform is also simple to deploy, and designed for quick integration through its industry-standard audio file formats and APIs.
AIM’s technology rests at the front-end of messaging and announcing, and can perform a variety of functions simultaneously. For example, it can create a variety of AI voiced announcements from text entered by venue staff or automated data sources, or can convert human-voiced announcements into other languages thanks to both human-modeled or synthetic voice options. AIM can also generate multilingual text for digital signage. Most impressively, it can achieve all the above under automation and in near real-time.
For example, traditional AV file playback and routing systems can deliver the proper synthetic voices to the correct zones based on space utilization and languages spoken. AIM can simultaneously route through the text content, and translate as needed, to the correct digital signage displays in the facility. Facilities can pair AIM with ENCO’s Digital Audio Delivery (DAD)product to manage live, file-based multi-channel automatic playout if desired.
“AIM provides a streamlined platform for delivering timely, impactful announcements in any setting, that installers can reliably connect to existing audio and display infrastructure,” said Bill Bennett, Product Design and Solutions Manager for ENCO and AIM Product Manager. “Our AI-driven solution ensures accessibility for all audiences and is a powerful enhancement for today’s smart buildings, improving both visual and auditory comprehension through intelligent messaging to meet diverse communication needs. AIM’s pure software architecture means that customers can scale with ease as end points multiply and requirements change.”
AIM’s workflow begins with the creation of spoken word and/or text-based messages that can be created or initiated manually, automatically triggered, or pre-scheduled for delivery at specific times or intervals.Leveraging advanced voice synthesis technology, natural sounding voice announcements are created from automated data sources, simple text entered from a keyboard, or AI-generated scripts. Users can customize voices across gender, accent, style and/or tone, or use optional voice cloning technology.
ISE2026 runs February 3-6 February 3-6 at the Fira de Barcelona in Spain.
